Returns Policy

For a period of 7 days from date of order Classic Retail Systems will accept returns or merchandise and consider refunds and replacements according to the following conditions:

  1. Items are unused, unopened and in their original packing, it is the customers responsibility to return all items at their own expense.
  2. Items must be returned with a valid RMA number clearly attached to the packaging.
  3. A refund will be processed less a 25% restocking charge on returned items.
  4. Returns will not be accepted on international orders.

Returns procedure

  1. Obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number by contacting us in writing by fax (01782 204261) or email (sales@classic-retail.com).
  2. Ensure your product is well packaged and ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  3. Detailed information on the address to return your item to can be found on our contact us page.
  4. It is the customers responsibility to obtain proof of delivery of all returned items.
  5. Damaged and unpackaged product will not be accepted.

Failure to comply with the above policy and procedure will result in your return being rejected and returned to you at your expense.
