Highlands and Islands Surcharges

Some postcodes for the Highlands of Scotland and offshore locations carry a delivery surcharge, these are displayed at the checkout, lead times to these areas may be longer than normal

Northern Ireland

Deliveries to Northern Ireland are subject to an additional surcharge to cover customs clearance paperwork, this charge will depend on the amount of products ordered.  An estimation of this charge is included in the shipping fee at the checkout, however this charge may be higher depending on the amount of products ordered.  If there are any additional charges we will contact you before processing your order.  Please note for deliveries to Northern Ireland you need to supply your EORI number, we will request this as part of the order confirmation process.  Deliveries to Northern Ireland may carry a longer lead time than advertised due to customs clearance.

Delivery Information

Orders placed before 2pm will leave our warehouse the same day, orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched on the following day.
Depending on the delivery postcode and product availability our standard delivery service is 2-3 working days, larger items (serve over counters, multideck refrigeration, cold rooms etc.) may carry a longer lead time of 3-5 working days.
Next day delivery is available on a selected range of products, please call our sales team on 01782 283333 to check availability and costs.

Delivery Service

Our standard delivery is a 2-3 working day, kerbside service, on our larger items our carriers will contact you to arrange delivery on the phone number provided at the checkout process.  The booking in team will be able to advise a delivery date but will not be able to offer a time slot, our standard delivery times are between 8am and 6pm.   Smaller items will be dispatched on a next day service, these items will not be booked in, please ensure you are available to take delivery on the date between 8am and 6pm, look out for the next day symbol on these products.

Premium Delivery Options

The following options are available as premium delivery options, if you require any of these services please contact our sales team on 01782 283333 to check availability and costs
Next day delivery service - Postcode and product dependent, orders placed before 2pm for delivery the next working day.
Time specific delivery service - On booking in of your delivery our carriers will be able to agree a 2 hour time slot with you so that you don't need to wait around all day. (Postcode dependent)
AM delivery service -  Your delivery will arrive before 12noon on the agreed delivery date, this option may also be used in conjunction with the next day service (Postcode dependent)
Saturday delivery service - Orders placed before 2pm on Friday can be delivered on Saturday, (Postcode dependent)
Unpack and position service - Our 2 man delivery crew will bring the product into your premises, unpack and position the unit and remove and dispose of the packaging.  The product will need to be delivered into your premises in its packaging so please ensure the packaged product will fit through your door before using this option. (Postcode dependent)
Uplift and disposal service - Our delivery team will uplift and dispose of your old product at the same time as delivering your new cabinet, the old unit must be empty, clean and outside ready for collection on the day of delivery (Postcode dependent)
